ı heve a question about licence. ı bought lisance by sameone . can ı learn my forum registered or not vbulletin . how? thanks

You need to be registered over on vbulletin.com in the members area in order for your license to be valid.

You are currently showing up as unlicensed.

To be able to download modifications and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-Germany users click here, vB-Chinese users click here) and enter your email address. You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

To protect our customers privacy you will also need to Opt-In to license validation for all Support Sites. You must authorise vBulletin.org in order to validate your license status here. You can do this at the page linked above for your distributor. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status.

The update of your account can take up to one hour.

If you go to vBulletin.com you can register there, if you have already purchased the vbulletin software from a different source they should have given you a member number and code that would allow you to download updates, etc. from vBulletin. You would go to vbulletin.com then click the member area and put in that member number and passcode, it would then give you the member site.

At that point you will need to inform them of the changes you need made so that you will receive your e-mails, etc and of who now owns the vbulletin license you purchased.

The current owner of the license will need to contact vBulletin support in order to transfer the license to your name.
