I want to add text to the WYSIWYG

Hey

I want to add a couple of rules on the WYSIWYG text editor
so people can read before they post

What file do i have to edit and where can it be located?

Go to vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and find the area you want to add the text to and then you will see the name of the template called around that area.
