Help with user signature section

Please I was just wondering if there is a signature mod for this.. we are running vbulletin 3.74 . We just enabled the user signature section but most users are just abusing it and we are looking for a signature mod that will enable users to use signatures only after reaching a certain post count. This means that the user will not be able to use a signature unless he or she reaches this certain post count. I will really appreciate it if you can help me. thanks very much.

You can use promotions.
----------

Create a new usergroup with Can Use Signatures set to YES.

Now create a new promotion via Usergroup Promotions. (promote Registered Usergroup to New Usergroup when they reach post count)

Set Can Use Signatures on the Registered Usergroup to NO.

Run Scheduled Task "User Promotions".

That works but the problem is that most users keep on asking me whether there is a signature section and you have to explain to all of them.. there used to be a very simple signature mod where the user will see the signature section in the usercp but cannot use it until they reach the required post count. Remember most users post purposely to get backlinks to their site and seeing the signature section is like an encouragement.. Most users do not come back once they did not see the signature section in the usercp. what do you think? any signature mod out there? thanks

Do you use the welcome PM? IF you do you can just edit it to tell all new members that they will have sig permissions after x amount of posts. :) HTH
