Is my forum hacked?

Just now I tried logging into my forum and it is not working.. I have tried several usernames but none of them seems to work.. I keep on getting this error
"Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!"

Please what should I do? I have waited more than 1 hour but to no avail.. Please help me!

And you're 110% sure it is the correct password? I know that sounds silly, but it's easy enough to do!

Do you have any other mods/administrators with user changing permissions? They could change your password back?

Are you positive on your password?
Make sure your caps lock isn't on.
Are you the only admin because if not you can have one reset your password for you or you can click on the "forgot password" link to get reset instructions emailed to you.

I'm not sure what to do if you have been hacked and login info changed.. I'd htaccess protect the admincp folder in your FTP in the future so only your computer can access the control panel.

I have one admin account and I super moderator account but none of them is working at the moment.. I tried logging in with several usernames but none of them seems to work

Okay snowball, upload your tools.php file into your includes directory and run it www.yoursite.com/includes/tools.php

You can get tools.php from the download package of vbulletin.

You should then be able to restore your password.

great! it works.. thanks very much!

No problem. Be sure to delete tools.php or a hacker could gain access and change your password.

Just be carefull and make sure your vbulletin is updated to the latest released version. :)
