#1 don't alter yourself
#2 link to your website

This issue would only appear to be apparant in Firefox, it doesn't occur in any shape or form in IE or Chrome

In FF - there is no functionality to the Admin or the Mod CP's - but everything works fine in IE....

Did you modify your Header template? please compare with the original template and find special characters that doesn't belong there...

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening, then try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

PHP Code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);
