News on Non-vb pages

Please, i searched in the web and only found ZT vbExternal but it is for vb 3.6 and doesn't work in vb 3.7. (will update to 3.8)

Can someone tell me how to do this? Or if i can modify vba cmps to add a page that ONLY shows the news module and then i do a iframe in an html page? Or any mod that does this.
