mod/hack suggestion/request search !!

i am not shure if there is a modification that does this all
but it would be nice if there was one who did these things

a modification for deleting:
banned users
deleted postings
banned user postings
add the deleted banned users ip to the banlist

so maybe some one could help me if something like this already excist
or maybe its a good idea for the coders to think about such a modification
