need a function to create a new thread

hi
first, excuse me for my bad english.

i need a function to create a new thread on each call.
example :

}

but i don't know how to code it!

is there anyone that can wrote this function for me?

i need this because, i should create about 100 thread on each day.
but i want to do it by codes automatically.

please help me if u can.
