How to show thread title mouseover text?
 

How to show thread title mouseover text on the homepage when someone is NOT LOGGED IN ?

when I'm logged I see the mouseover text "Go to first unread post in thread...etc etc"
when I'm logged out I see nothing. :(

On other forums this mouseover text still shows even if I'm logged out, how is this done?

The same goes for the actual sub-forum thread content, when I'm logged in I get a preview snippet of the first 4 lines or so, when logged out - nothing :(

Any help appreciated (again)

I see them just fine on my site when logged out. Take a look at your site using a totally default vbulletin style and see what you can see (you'll have to make it your default style temporarily on your site in order to use it as a Guest) - create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent
