Any mod rewrite is useless, no need for changind dynamic to static urls

I searched a lot about SEO and vbulletin
I finally made my decision not to rewrite any urls
because Google says :

My forum is doing well without url rewrite
and get higher SERP than others who are more famous and using mod rewrite

Totally agree. That said, a google devours any new install of wordpress almost regardless of content because it's optimised so well for se's compared to vb.

I installed wp on a clean domaain, posted some nonsense and hit my keywords at #1 spot the next day! Uninstalled and put vb with a custom cms from blogs up and google seemed disinterested for weeks.

I disagree, keyword/s in urls does help.
