Troubleshooting Issues?

Im not sure if this is the right area, i was unable to find the actual trouble shooting area, if i posted in the wrong section i appoligized could a mod move it for me.

Can someone help me figure these 2 problems out.

I have been trying everything under the sun to remove 2 mods from my product & plugin system. But it will not let me. Now its messed up my forum to the point where if a member tries to update there profile they get an error.

The two mods are:

it's a 3.5 mod for a start. You're on 3.7.

Usually if the problem is related to a specific mod they like you to post in the relevant thread.

It looks like the mod may be partially uninstalled. Delete all the files you uploaded. Then do your best to alter tables back (remove extra fields etc)

You should be posting this in the modification thread. They will be the best people to help you with your errors. Make sure when you uninstall a modification, that you delete any files you uploaded and undo any file/template edits also.
