vb.org Archive - looking for tag hack/mod

I am looking for some type of tag cloud script that will allow me to setup URLs for certain keywords that might be used in posts/articles on the forum...I have seen this on a forum before where certain keywords are underlined, and if you hover over the term/word then a link/url would show, and I assumed this was the sites advertisement/url for that keyword in the post on the forum. Right now, I am having to do this manually, I would like to find an easier way to assign url's to certain keywords.
