vBulletin 3.7.3 PL1 | Proxy for VIPS?

I was wondering if there is a way of building a proxy scriptin into my forums for vip users only?

I have looked at Glype but it does not function my servers it sometimes shows the page title and that is it.

Would it be possible for some one to make such a system and only certain user groups can use it?
