accessing a threads taglist in the header?

Hello,

I am trying to access the $threadinfo[taglist] from within the header template and it looks like its not there.

I am trying to feed my taglist to an ad space that I have in my header. How can i get this info available in the header template?

Its obviously available in the headerinclude because its used in the meta keywords

Any ideas?
