I'm not sure what you mean by view them all at once - you mean if there are 1000 threads, then have them all listed on one page? You could change the number in vboptions > forum display options > maximum displayed threads before page split. But, I would not suggest putting 1000 in there.

Hi Lynne,

Thanks for your response!

Yes, i just realized that there is a option to change the number of threads displayed per page. However, what i was trying to do was to have like a 'view all' link right next to where it displays page numbers. Clicking on this link would then display all threads without the page split. Any suggestions would be really awesome. Thanks again!

There is no way to tell vB to display all threads. On most sites, this could cause real problems to have a database spitting out a page with that many threads (look at the stats on this site, do you think it would be a good idea to have the database spit out a page with over 166,000 threads listed?). I think you'd have to make a custom page to do that or write a plugin to set the maximum threads to a very high value.

Lynne,

Yes, I agree, spitting out all threads is not a good idea .. and that's probably why they decided to not put such functionality. The forums that i'm running is currently a very small forum ( it probably will grow within 6 months timeframe though), and some of the user are requesting this feature. Hence the reason i'm posting here to see my options. I was hoping that there was a quick solution for this :) Thanks again.
