Disable first letter being capitalized in each sentence

Well, it seems that in my board the first letter in each sentece is automatically capitalized, and we don't want it to be that way..

Is is possible to have it dissabled?

(I have the shout preventing not enabled)

:( I's making some "smilies" to not appear correctly, like n_n or e_e that are very used in my forums.... e_e
