Adding phrase to CPNAV_mod.xml

I have added a phrase via the phrase manager to an existing MOD... and i made sure that the phrase was added just like the similar phrases in the MOD.... then i updated the CPNAV xml file for the MOD to add another link... but i get the following

[*menuname*]

I rebuilt my bitfields... but no luck... any suggestions?
