Embedding friend list, latest blogs etc. to another page?
 
I'm running vBulletin 3.7.1 on a site that uses vBulletin sign in and authentication across the whole site. I would like to include the logged in user's friend list, the list of threads he has subscribed to, latest blog posts etc. on another part of the site. Is there a way to export and embed friend lists & other bits to be embedded in for example an iframe on other part of the site?

I know php/mysql, so the method doesn't need to be copy-paste -level easy. I don't know vBulletin very thoroughly, though.
