CSS and spyassets help needed

I tried adding a new header that is using SpryAssets and P7pm. It doesn't seem to using the css.
The url is: www.pwctoday.com/vbtest
The header should look like : www.watercraftsuperstore.net/mm5/merchant.mvc

Will SpryAssets work with vbulletin advanced?
