I want to display in user profile (templates: memberinfo and postbit) how much threads user started in one specyfic forum.
Is it possible?

Yes, it's possible. You will have to write a plugin using a hook location available on that page(s) and then use the variable to spit out the result in the pages. That will add one extra query to each memberinfo page and up to one query per post on a showthread page depending on how it's written.
