Is there a mod where you have to thank the poster before you can download attachments?
Also the ability to set to turn the feature on specific forum?

try searching "thank*" "all mods" "titles only" and you'll find a mod where you have to thank before downloading the attachment. You have to have the thanks mod also (I would guess).

Very often 3.5 mods will work on 3.6 and 3.7. You just have to try them on your test board and see.
