I need a ad rotator below navbar -- only certain forums
 

How can I achieve this? I need to add advertisement banner below navbar in only certain (4 ) forums. Thank you!

I don't think so. I still use it on one forum and I'm pretty sure the best you can do is just not enable ads in any forum.

I'm unaware of a banner mod that allows you to in/exclude forums.

The Geek has a nifty banner management tool that allows you select which forums to display the advertisements in. Its a commercial product but well worth every penny if you're going to make some money from it.

You can specify which banners you want to show in which forums. Also gives you a click counter, impressions, etc

Oh wow, I have no excuse for not knowing that since that's my other banner mod! Yes, in each banner's setup page it has a list of forums you can select or not. I do like this one better.

That's nice. Money is not a factor but how well does it perform? I need something very user friendly and easy to use. I'll install the one easiest to install and maintain. Any demo site?
