Change certain words to links
 
Im running a travel-related forum and i would like to replace certain hotel-names or city-names to links.

For example if someone writes a post wich contains the word "London" i would like to link it to http://www.london.com automaticly. Is there any way to do this?

I dont wish this to apply on title?s in the board, only in the post, any suggestions?
