How do provide image hosting (like imageshack) or other value added/paid services?
 

I currently have a non-income producing site, and run no ads. I would like to keep it that way, and many of the members have stated they would donate to the site. However, I also know that enthusiasm can initially be high on something like this, and then trail off.

After having problems with my VPS provider, I am moving to a dedicated server which should be overkill for my current site (~420 active users), so I am hoping to provide some value added stuff for those that contribute to the site upkeep, like offering image hosting, larger avvies, more PMs, etc.

The avvies, PMs and stuff are easy, but is there a mod that will allow them to upload images in a "private" album, and then hotlink to them, so they can use them for sigs at other forums and such?

Also, what other premium services can anyone suggest that I can offer to those that contribute?

I am trying to avoid going the ad route, so am looking at alternatives.
