Is this possible

Hi guys

Ive had a look around and had no joy so i have to post and ask this question.

Im looking at having a lottery or something similar so that people can get a ticket once a month or week and then it picks either a number or name of the ticket holder.

I have a casino installed and vcredits but still dont have that function.

Any help in this matter would be greatful.
