CSS Style - White Terms - Please help!

Hello all,

On my sign-up page: http://azfans.com/forums/register.php my terms are showing up in white! I think this is making people nervous and they are not signing up! I'm in my style options but I can't seem to pinpoint where that style is controlled.

In the main CSS look for a class name .page and change the color to a darker color.

Hmm... i think that will change my text on all my pages, right? Maybe I am better to change the background color of the form? How would I do that?
