Logo off center

For some reason, without changing anything, my logo is now 1 pixel off center and doesn't line up with the borders. See http://tomosmopeds.org/forum the actual logo and the curved line above it are not aligned.

Move your "<a name="top"/>" to within a table cell. That is what is causing the problem.
