Help, users can't register
 

I need help figuring out what's going on with my forum, I just updated to 3.7.4 and now users can't register. I'm using the questions and answers method, even when a user answers the question correctly they are told the answer is incorrect.
I tried using the recaptcha option, but users get the same error about answering the anti spam question incorrectly. Maybe my settings are wrong or something, don't know, maybe it's just a silly thing I'm overlooking, but I just cant figure it out, any help would be appreciated.

Disable all your plugins and modifications via the config.php file edit and does it still happen?

If not you've got a faulty plugin/modification. If it does, reupload all standard vBulletin files, use a default skin and then try again (make sure your include/xml folder is also addon free)

have you tried registering yourself?

thanks FRDS it was a plugin that was causing this. It was NoSpam! that i had install when vbulletin still didn't offer such capabilities. I just had to disable it. I knew it was something simple i was overlloking
