Problem moderating blogs

Well,
I've gone to usergroups ABC, made sure that the 'follow blog moderation' is at on, meaning all blogs will be moderated.
After that I logged in as a user of that usergroup ABC, entered a blog, got published.
Relogged in as another test user and could view that blog.

So how do you moderate blogs?

I'm having the same problem. I've set moderation on for all blogs and yet it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas people?
