How do change link to Blogs

I'm vB kindergartner but know enough about usability to know that my userbase wants to see as default the List of all bloggers rather than an outdated randomly selected post, when they click the Blogs link on the main menu.

Darned if I can find where to edit that link in the Forum templates.

In short I want to change the Blogs link on the main menu bar of vB from
../blogs/
to
../blogs/all

I'd appreciate the hack.
