how do i do this help please

i am try to get this to show up in the curent acctive users but i cant find out how to do this.
I am trying to do something like this for my own forums. that showes all my user groups and there colores.

can you please help me and tell me how to set this up.

hear is a pic from another site so you will no what i am talking about thanks
