Turorial System
 
I was wondering if anyone could port or create a new tutorial system. (I believe there was one on a earlier vB version)

Something basically where members can create an 'article' on something, add pictures etc..
They could also have the ability to post comments on the article/tutorial and rate it.

I found a lite system on a site called v B v i e t.org.
However I think it's for 3.5. However I got it working on vBulletin.

Does anyone know any tutorial systems that are for 3.7, or anyone who uses this one?

The Geek does a good one called GARS, but it's not a free modification.
