Option to filter duplicate threads posted from RSS

Some feeds unfortunately have duplicate content, for one reason or another, and if you use the RSS poster to post new threads you can end up with duplicate threads. I think it'd be useful to at least have an option to check in the RSS poster options to skip content with a duplicate title.
