phone database modification?
 

I would like to have phone database add-on my vbulletin, this database maybe look alike the www.gsmarena.com database but i want it to make it specific for only one phone brand.

This modification could be extended not only for mobile phone database but almost everything if it was modular so we can create any field that we want (text, dropdown, picture, etc) also we can set permissions on people who have the rights to add/edit the database.

I try looking the modification database but couldn't find one that is close enough, anyone willing to make this mod? Thank you
