Product-Scrolling title Help

Hi, I'm working on a product that simply edits your forumhome and inserts a simple code to make a scrolling title. I released the code and I cant seem to get the product to work; when I install it i get this message on my site:

Perhaps you can ask Boofo for help since it looks like it is his code? (I hope you got his permission to release this.)

Lol, I am going to give credit to him yes, just using it as a base. I'm going to start from scratch this time.

I think if I were to do that, I would do it completely different. You should have the scrolling text in it's own box in vboptions. It will make it a lot cleaner and less prone to user errors.
