Scrolling news line above forumbits

About: This code lets you have a nice little scrolling news line above your forumbits for everyone to see. The speed of scrolling is alterable and you can add whatever you want to it. Since this is a scrolling message you can include anything you want about your forum. Included in this code are a few vbphrases that are seen in "Whats Going on box".

Installation: Refer to download

By default this code makes a simple scrolling line and it stops scrolling when you hover over it. If you want me to change any part of this code to suit your needs, please post here and tell me what you want. I know this is easy to do, but for people who are generally new to vbulletin, here you go.

Mark as installed to get first requests filled first. Thanks!

i like the idea but i look for something special - would it be possible to show headlines of a rss-feed in this scrolling? this would be perfect for me.

You can include vbphrases in it therefore you can place anything you want on it. I would do it for you but I am not familiar with RSS.
