hello,

some times my members having this problem that they enter correct id and password than next page comes

your have been login please wait .......

than again main index page open and it shows its not login and can not reply

so just want to know the best cookie setting so that i can avoid it

i have currently set blank in cookie domain

Path to Save Cookies "/"

Please tell me if i am wrong somewhere to have best cookie setting to avoid this problem thanks

Can users get onto your site by going to both www.yoursite.com and just yoursite.com (no www)? My guess is they login at one and get redirected to the other and are then logged out. You should set up your site to redirect from yoursite.com to www.yoursite.com or the reverse.

thanks but can you tell me how can i redirect it ? i know its from cpanel but its long time i havent use it so can you guide me please thanks

Search Google for "no-www" or "yes-www", depending on which you prefer (which one works).

Sorry, I can't guide you on it in cpanel as I don't have cpanel. Do what Hanson suggested and you'll find info on it.
