i search arcticles system or tutorial system like vb.org

What in specific are you looking for? They are just forums, like any other forums. They do have a different first post, but you may achieve that by installing a plugin to give the forum a different first post or a modification like Chief First Post.

Just type "Chief First Post" into the search bar in the top right and you will find it.
