it says to upload the folder.but it wont let me any ideas

You need to upload the contents of the upload folder to your server, you can use ftp or even cpanel if you have it, its just a matter of copying the files you recieved in the zip folder when you down loaded it to your forums directory on your server.

if you get really stuck, do it the old fashion way and upload a file at a time, to the right directory, its not as hard as it seems
