Moderate User Albums?

Can someone please help me and let me when where I would go to moderate user album photos? I have it so any new photos has to be approved but I cant find where to approve them?

Can someone please take 5 seconds and let me know. I've searched all day and can't find where to approve the pictures or know there are pictures that need moderation.
