Trabsmission Timeout

For some reason when trying to save games all get is transmission errors. And they are really high.

This score was not submitted from the game. Your score will not be saved.

Transmission Timeout (2378.57 sec)

I tryed changing the time Server-Timeout (seconds) for Score-Submission...But nothing do seems to work. Does this mean cant use these arcade games?
