Im looking to place content box's in a misc page of vbulletin, Kinda like it looks here on vbulletin.org's home page.

Yes i know they use Portal but i want to do it useing HTML and the misc.php? page of vbulletin.

Is there a way to do this?

For the news, we're just utilizing RSS and I think PHP 5's simple XML...if I remember correctly.
