Are there any scripts to auto post in a forum. Either taking things from rss or anything else

There is by Jelsoft. Its already there in your vBulletin. You should read the manual . Check out "RSS Manager" in your AdminCP.

go to admincp RSS Feeds Add New RSS Feed
Titles "Software" any think u like
URL of Feed: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external.php?type=RSS2
Check Feed Every... 30 Min
User Name: ur user name
Forum Select Forum:
Templates: Is ok
