Editing user signature, avatar in the post bit on the forums

Im wanting to know if anyone can help make this type of mod where i can edit the users signature or avatar without going through so many clicks and links just to edit something simple, like it would be in the postbit where the avatar would appear, the little pc icon that shows IP and the infraction card.

does anyone know what im talking about?
