server move and now parse errors help!

We moved our servers and now we get these errors

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/d/s/p/dspell47/html/Forums/global.php(826) : eval()'d code on line 35

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=' in /home/content/d/s/p/dspell47/html/Forums/global.php(827) : eval()'d code on line 35

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=' in /home/content/d/s/p/dspell47/html/Forums/index.php(564) : eval()'d code on line 12

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=' in /home/content/d/s/p/dspell47/html/Forums/index.php(565) : eval()'d code on line 50

Why would we get these? I tried upgrading/overwriting all the files, and even disabling plugins and still get this ,and even entered debug mode.

Any help?
