Designs problem
 

I know that if you make your designs you can put copyrights on it, but does it really work? =3
Creative commons says that in order for you to use it you need to have all psds or some proof against ripping in case something bad happens, like ripping of your work. So ive put it in one of the skins i made. Lets say you have all psds for your work, and you make edits or a new custom vb skin, can you copyright it? If other forum or website rips your designs, what can be done, legally? From what i know you'll need a lawyer and to report that site to its host or something, lets say ive a lawyer already ?
