u have to chmod the upload folder to 777 in ur ftp

I already give 777 mod.but still same error

Looks like you need to add a new Attachment extension in your AdminCP

AMINCP > ATTACHMENTS > ATTACHMENT MANAGER > ADD NEW EXTENSION

You will see at the bottom add new extension just click on there and fill in the relevant fields, Your attachment manager will then allow you to upload your .RAR file
