Uploading Images
 
When Im uploading images and I select the images from my computer to be uploaded it usually takes a long time, sometimes it doesn't but for the most part it always takes long. Now if I take an image URL and paste it into the URL upload section it uploads the image really fast, why is this?

What is your upload speed from your computer like? The server can't get the image any faster than you can upload it. Whereas I'm sure the speed from server to server is quite fast.

The upload Speed from my computer is 10575 kbps But this happen every once in a while. I don't know why, maybe when it happens is because my connection speed is low and the upload speed decreases.

It could be. I wouldn't worry about it if it's just every once in a while. If it continues, you might start doing speedtests to see if it's an issue you need to bring to your ISP's attention.
