Staff Application System?

Is there a good staff application for 3.7.3 yet? I been searching and I can only find for like 3.6 and lower...

Help?

Sadly I have to use a Form Hack (name of the mod) - in order to produce a Mod/Staff application Form - it would be nice to see one specifically for this though.

You can use 3rd party programs to save a application template to a web page, you could call it application.html, then cut and paste the code from the forms site directly to this page. Upload the page to your server and then link to it via your forum.

here are a few that can offer a free form
http://wufoo.com/
http://www.formsite.com/

You could even add an auto redirect script to the top of the form on your custom page to redirect applicants back to the forums after so many seconds

Its quite an easy thing to do if you have an hour or so to spare ;)

Would be pretty cool if you could make numerous staff application forms and they automatically make themselfs new custom pages and add themselfs to the navbar and you could have your own like forms ect, that would be hottt

^ ^ that post made me lol - I think it was the 'that would be hottt' , I completely agree - I'm in need for 7-10 diff application forms - and with those hack's they all look the same, just different wording >_>

Thanks UK i'mma check that link out
