Default Usergroup Avatars.

I am wanting to set a default avatar for a user group.

For example.
I have a user group called Toyota Owners
When I add someone to that group, I want a Toyota Avatar to show up.
Whilst still allowing the user to have their own avatar.

So to recap.
Default User group avatar and user specific avatar that don't override each other.

Is there a mod which will let me do this?
